In Nausea

Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
OP-Kluch Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of OP-Kluch Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. Limited information is available in patients taking this medicine for more than one day.

What if you forget to take OP-Kluch Tablet?
If you miss a dose of OP-Kluch Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
