Use of Novastat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

CAUTION

Novastat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Novastat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Novastat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take Novastat EZ Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Novastat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

You have been prescribed Novastat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet for the treatment of high cholesterol.
Take it in addition to regular exercise and low-fat diet to lower levels of fat in the blood.
It can be taken with or without food.
Notify your doctor if you experience muscle symptoms (pain or weakness), particularly if accompanied with fever.
