How to use Netalo Ophthalmic Solution
This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.
How Netalo Ophthalmic Solution works
Netalo Eye Drop contains Netarsudil, a rho kinase inhibitor, which is believed to reduce the pressure inside the eyes called intraocular pressure (IOP), by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor through the trabecular meshwork route. Aqueous humor is a transparent water-like fluid in the eye that bathes and nourishes the lens and maintains pressure within the eye. This helps to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension.

What if you forget to take Netalo Ophthalmic Solution?
If you miss a dose of Netalo Eye Drop, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Quick tips
- Netalo Eye Drop is helps lower high pressure in the eye and reduces the risk of vision loss.
- Remove contact lenses before using Netalo Eye Drop, and wait at least 15 minutes before re-inserting them.
- Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after putting the medication. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
- For best results, put one drop 2-3 times daily in the affected eye(s).
- To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
- When applying multiple eye medications, wait for at least 5-15 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution of the medicine.
