NapQ Plus 5 Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of insomnia. It helps to synchronize the body’s biological day-night rhythm. It resolves trouble falling asleep and ensures sound sleep.

NapQ Plus 5 Tablet is a combination of melatonin agonist and non-benzodiazepine hypnotics (Z compounds).

Driving

Kidney

There is limited information available on the use of NapQ Plus 5 Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
However, based on the limited information available it is advised that NapQ Plus 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
NapQ Plus 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of NapQ Plus 5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
NapQ Plus 5 Tablet is generally started at a low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take NapQ Plus Tablet?

If you miss a dose of NapQ Plus 5 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

    3. Exercise early in the day, rather than in the evening.
    4. Reduce screen time before going to bed.
    5. Keep regular sleeping hours.
    6. Create a sleeping environment by switching off lights and having an ambient room temperature.
    7. If you are unable to sleep, do not lie down on the bed worrying about it. Get up and do something you find relaxing until you feel sleepy again, then go back to bed.
