Use of Migpex Tablet SR is considered to be harmful for patients with allergy to any of the ingredients or excipients of this medicine. This medicine contains propranolol, so its use should be avoided in patients with asthma, slow heart rate, abnormal heart rhythms, or heart conditions like AV block or sick sinus syndrome. Since this medicine also contains flunarizine, the use of this medicine should be avoided in patients with the history of depression or Parkinson's disease.
