Lorfast D 5mg/120mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, throat irritation, watery eyes and congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
Lorfast D 5mg/120mg Tablet is a combination of sympathomimetic- alpha 1 (nasal) and second generation H1 antihistaminic medicines.

Lorfast D 5mg/120mg Tablet is used to treat an itchy, stuffy or runny nose, sneezing, or other symptoms caused by seasonal hay fever (allergic rhinitis). It works by reducing certain substances in the body called histamines that are responsible for the allergic symptoms. It also reduces swelling inside the nose and thus decreases symptoms such as stuffy nose. This helps in easy breathing and makes you feel better. Drink plenty of liquids, including chicken soup. It can make you feel better.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

- You have been prescribed Lorfast D 5mg/120mg Tablet for the treatment of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes etc.
- Stop taking Lorfast D 5mg/120mg Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
