Littlekof DM Syrup is a combination medicine used in the treatment of dry cough. It relieves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes and congestion or stuffiness.
Littlekof DM Syrup is a combination of first generation H1 antihistaminics, sympathomimetic agonist, and cough suppressant medicines.

- Littlekof DM Syrup is prescribed to get relief from a dry cough.
