Lactiz 10gm/3.5gm Granules helps to stimulate bowel movements. It increases the movement of the intestines, this helps empty your bowels and relieve constipation. It relieves the pain and discomfort caused due to constipation and improves your quality of life. Eat more high-fiber foods including fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation from happening.

Lactiz Granules

  • Lactiz 10gm/3.5gm Granules is prescribed for short-term relief from constipation.
  • It should preferably be taken at bedtime as it requires 6 to 8 hours to show effect.
  • Take it at least 2 hours after taking other medicines, as it may interfere with the absorption of other medicines.
  • Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach disorders such as appendicitis or a blockage in your bowel.
  • Do not take any other laxative along with Lactiz 10gm/3.5gm Granules without consulting your doctor.
     
  • Some healthy tips to prevent constipation from happening:
    1. Eat more fiber in your diet. Recommended daily intake is 20-35g.
    2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
    3. Exercise regularly at least 3 times per week.
    4. Do not hold in stool as that can worsen bowel issues.
