L-Cin A Tablet helps treat respiratory tract infection by killing the bacteria causing infection. It also helps to loosen thick mucus, making it easier to cough out. This reduces congestion or stuffiness and helps in easy breathing. This medicine usually starts to work within a few minutes and the effects can last up to several hours. Along with medications, drink enough lukewarm water and gargle with warm salt water to feel better.

- L-Cin A Tablet should be taken with or without food but at the same time every day.
- Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
- Discontinue L-Cin A Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.
- Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
- It is advisable to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to overcome medicine side effects.
