Koncidryl Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat cough. It thins the mucus in the nose and windpipe, making it easier to cough out. This medicine also relieves throat irritation and provides cooling sensation.
Koncidryl Syrup is a combination of expectorants, H1 antihistaminics (first generation), citric acid, and menthol.

In Cough
Koncidryl Syrup gives relief from cough by loosening thick mucus and making it easier to cough it out. It also makes it easier for air to move in and out of your airways. This reduces the frequency of coughing and makes you feel better. Apart from this, Koncidryl Syrup helps soothe your throat and gives relief from irritation. Along with medications, drink enough lukewarm water and gargle with warm salt water to ease the symptoms.

- Drink warm water to help loosen the congestion and lubricate your throat while you are taking this medication.
- Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended. Use a proper measuring cup or spoon to measure the dosage.
