I Nem 250mg/250mg Injection is used to treat severe bacterial infections, including those acquired in hospital and those involving many different types of bacteria.
It is given by a drip into a vein (intravenous infusion) over 20 to 60 minutes.

Hi there ! I've been married for a year and half now and had not had any intimate relationship with my wife. I had read about ED and consulted well known Sexologist in Chennai (Dr. karthik Gunasekaran)who suggested a circumcisuon as I could not retract my foreskin due to phimosis. He had also given few meds ( Anti Oxidants capsule s, Horney goat weed capsules, and Xtraman cream. It's been 3 and half months after circumcision now. As per your reports everything is almost fine. Most likely chances are you may have UTI. I would suggest to continue Ciprofloxacin 500 for total 5 days then 250mg (half tablet) 5 days more. Take Paracetamol 500 whenever you get fever. Also take cap. Vizilac 1 cap daily
