HemoRel-A Injection is used in the treatment and prevention of bleeding in patients suffering from hemophilia A, a hereditary bleeding disorder due to lack of blood clotting factor VIII.
HemoRel-A Injection works by facilitating the formation of a blood clot at the bleeding site in the case when the specific clotting factor, factor VIII of the body is not working. This injection must be administered by a trained healthcare professional into a vein. Inform your doctor if you have any known allergy from this injection.
Common side effects of this medicine include chills, flushing, rash, and nose bleed. If any of these side effects persist, let your doctor know. Tell the doctor if you are suffering from any liver disease as dose adjustment may be required.
