Exam 300mg Tablet ER

My mother is taking medication for high blood pressure and diabetes regularly since 2008. She has high BP problem for more than 12 years though. Also earlier she had episodes of migraine headaches in the past. She also had cervical spondylitis issue in the past. In 2009 she suffered from CTS in both the hands. However, she has taken Gabapentene and Methylcobalamine and few other medications as was prescribed. Later she had complaints of pains through out her body. Sometimes full body while sometime localised. We are consulting 3 doctors currently. Physician who prescribed as follows for general issues: metsmal, telma, sompraz l, basics multivitamins, lipaglyn for controlling cholesterol stats. Neurologist who prescribed zolsoma 5, prothiaden 25, zenoxa, rejunex plus, gemcal tablets as well as nasal spray. Zenoxa and rejunex plus are stopped currently. He diagnosed as somatoform disorder. Initially suggested physiotherapist for frozen shoulder. And an orthopaedic for recent onset of severity of knee pain and upper arm on both arms. Also certain pain in the back of the head near the ear line. He was a bit confused why we visited him. He suggested that arm pain is most likely tendonitis and prescribed dolonex dt and hifenac mr. He said he will suggest next after 10 days. My overall impression was that my mother has symptoms like that of fibromyalgia. Also, she stays a bit anxious and her interaction with the doctors puts me in a fix. She is mostly fine and is very sensitive person since beginning and also bold in all the matters. However with so many medication since last six years I feel that she might have some psychological impact. As I felt from her interaction with the doctors and their response towards her. I know my mother needs help hence posting here for help and support for getting her better.

Hello sir, I have a problem of sleeplessness 1 day just before the exam, I am unable to find out the exact reason for it because I don't feel stress kind of thing as I prepare well so there is less chance of stress but it might be something in subconscious mind which ii don't know. So sir, it's very problematic situation of sleeplessness one day before the exam due to which I could not perform well. Otherwise sleep is very good except exam day. Kindly pl suggest me any treatment for this problem? Can I take sleeping pills for one day before the exam? Kindly pl help me out. Thank you. .
