Ephemix Syrup is used for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (a lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked). It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages and making it easier to breathe. It relieves coughing, wheezing and feeling short of breath.
Ephemix Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Ephemix Syrup1, Ephemix Syrup2, and Ephemix Syrup3.

COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) is a group of lung diseases that cause breathing difficulties. COPD is caused by swelling of the airways that carry air in and out of the lungs. Ephemix Syrup relaxes the muscles of these airways and widens it. It also gives relief from congestion or stuffiness by loosening mucus and helping to cough out. This makes you breathe easy and gives relief from symptoms such as tightness in your chest, shortness of breath, wheezing and coughing. Avoid smoking and minimise your exposure to pollution, dust and fumes. Along with that, a little exercise each day can help you stay strong. Ephemix Syrup
- You have been prescribed Ephemix Syrup for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you.
- If at any time your breathing gets worse or you notice muscle twitching or weakness, or an irregular heartbeat, please contact your doctor or nurse for advice straightaway.
- Inform your doctor if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, or diabetes.
- Tell your doctor about all other medicines you have used in the past 14 days, especially water pill, anti-depressant or medicines for heart problems.
- Do not smoke. Smoking causes irritation and damage to the lungs and will make your condition worse.
