Eddycold Tablet is a medicine used to treat dry cough. It works by directly suppressing the cough reflex in the brain. It also provides relief from allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
Eddycold Tablet is a combination of mucolytics, H1 antihistaminics, cough suppressant, and sympthatomimetic-alpha 1 medicines.

In Dry cough
A dry cough is a cough where no phlegm or mucus is produced. It may cause a tickling sensation or itching in the throat and may be due to cold, flu, allergies or throat irritants. Eddycold Tablet suppresses severe dry cough and gives you relief from an itchy throat. Apart from this, it also reduces symptoms of allergy like watery eyes, sneezing and runny nose. Along with taking Eddycold Tablet, gargling with warm salt water and having ginger or honey can help you manage dry cough.
Side effects of Eddycold Tablet

Eddycold Tablet
- Eddycold Tablet is prescribed to get relief from a dry cough.
- Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended. Use a proper measuring cup or spoon to measure the dosage.
- If you are drowsy after taking Eddycold Tablet, you should not drive or operate any machinery.
- Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or asthma.
- Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications for e.g. anti-depressants.
- Consult your doctor if you do not see any improvement and have a cough for more than 7 days.
