If you forget a dose of Dilsave 400mg Tablet take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose for a forgotten dose. Do not stop taking Dilsave 400mg Tablet without consulting your doctor. This is because, sudden discontinuation of the medicine may cause recurrence of irregular rhythm of heart or may be worse which can be dangerous.
