Cataspa Tablet

i did bsc- electronics . i had habit of smoking which i left two times suddenly in 2004 and again started in 2009 and left in 2011. now no habits.during college life my friend some times was calling me absent minded person ( excessive thoughts ). in 2000 after college i have not joined any job due to lack of confidence. and in our shop there was no good business . so brain remained unused .therefore i was feeling pressure like pain at back side neck in the brain and i become powerless even to talk any person . in 2006 i did MRI of brain and consulted neuro physician. he told i have nothing just anxiety neurosis so he prescribed duloxetine 20 mg morning and clonazepam 0.5 mg night time for one month and told to consult psychiatrist and i met him .he priscribed me clonazepam 0.5 mg morning and escitalopram 10 mg at night for 10 days . i become well . there after i used dose as i need . since long time i am using clonazepam o.25 mg. and in addition i take duloxetine 10 mg(half capsule )-20 mg or escitalopram 5mg when needed. i also tried 40 mg duloxetine last year. i want to be socialize talkative with real thoughts because these drugs change our real life thinking therefore i am unmarried and not generating income . i did job few years during 2007 to 2012.but job with these drugs not possible. i tried alcohol (1 tin beer) and it can make us real life experience. painkiller cataspa , serripeptidise can overcome our muscle pain . i also tried busperon 5 mg . now suggest what should i try to overcome back muscle pain in brain with real life thought and talkative ?
