Buflex MR Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone. This medication helps in relieving muscle pain. It works by relaxing the muscles by acting upon the central nervous system and lowering chemical substance in the body which causes muscle pain.
