What if you forget to take Bidspas Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Bidspas Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

- Bidspas Tablet should be taken with, or straight after, a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
- Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
- Drink plenty of water while taking Bidspas Tablet in case you experience diarrhea as its side-effect.
- Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
