Azifine 100mg Tablet DT


Product introduction

Azifine 100mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic used for common bacterial infections of ear, nose, throat, and lungs in adults and children. It is also used for some sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic effective in killing many gram-positive bacteria, some gram-negative bacteria, and other bacteria. Azifine 100mg Tablet DT is taken orally, preferably either one hour before or 2 hours after food. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than advised. The dose and length of treatment may differ for various infections. Your symptoms may improve before the infection is completely cleared but skipping doses or stopping it early may increase the risk of further infection that is more difficult to treat. The most common side effects are diarrhea, nausea, pain in the abdomen, and vomiting. Inform your doctor if you have any previous history of allergy to this medicine. This medicine can potentially cause serious heart rhythm abnormalities, especially in patients who already have heart problems. Hence, inform your doctor about any such history before taking this medicine. Also, inform your doctor about any other medicines that you might be taking currently for other health problems.
