Atorvatin Gold 10/75/75 Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Aspirin / Acetylsalicylic acid, Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel. Aspirin and Clopidogrel are antiplatelet medicines. Yes, the use of Atorvatin Gold 10/75/75 Capsule can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea.
