Product introduction

Anam 1000mg Injection is an antibiotic used to prevent or treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This may include infections of the urinary tract, blood, brain, ear, skin, and soft tissue, abdomen, bone, windpipe and lungs.

Anam 1000mg Injection is used to treat bacterial (germ) infections that affect various parts of the body normally leading to painful swelling and redness of the affected part causing varied problems

Anam 1000mg Injection works by killing bacteria which can cause serious infections. It is used to treat many different types of bacterial infections such as infections of lungs (pneumonia), blood, brain, ear, skin, and soft tissue, abdomen, bone, windpipe and urinary tract. It is given by a doctor or nurse into a vein and should not be self-administered. Anam 1000mg Injection usually makes you feel better very quickly but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

Side effects of Anam Injection

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Breast feeding

Anam 1000mg Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Driving

Anam 1000mg Injection does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
CAUTION
Anam 1000mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Anam 1000mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advised while you are taking this medicine.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Anam 1000mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Anam 1000mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
