Amicline Plus Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics which is used to treat diarrhea and dysentery. It prevents the growth of infection-causing microorganisms.

Amicline Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amicline Plus Tablet1 and Amicline Plus Tablet2.

In Diarrhea

Diarrhea is an increase in the frequency of bowel movements or loose watery bowel movements. It can most commonly occur due to an infection of the digestive tract. Amicline Plus Tablet helps to treat diarrhea that is caused due to bacteria or parasitic worm infections. This medicine can relieve frequent loose motions and also help you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and you should drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

In Dysentery

Dysentery or amoebic dysentery is a parasitic infection of the intestines that occurs mostly due to intake of contaminated food or water. The symptoms include loose stools (diarrhea), stomach cramps and stomach pain. Amicline Plus Tablet helps to treat this infection by killing the infection causing parasites. It relieves these symptoms and also helps you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and you should drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Quick tips

Amicline Plus Tablet

  • Amicline Plus Tablet must be taken with food at the same time every day.
  • Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.
  • Discontinue Amicline Plus Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.
  • It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and eat a healthy diet while taking the medicine.
  • It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how the medicine affects you.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol while taking medication as it may cause increased side effects.
