Stick to the prescribed dose, time, and way, and do not increase or decrease the dose by yourself without consulting your child’s doctor as it may result in side effects.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Alset 2mg Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Alset Syrup works
During radiotherapy, chemotherapy, abdominal infection, or any major surgeries, the dead cells in the body start releasing a chemical called serotonin directly into the blood. Giving Alset 2mg Syrup just before the procedure helps block the effect of this chemical on vomiting centers of the brain and prevents vomiting.
