Acevil TH Forte Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving muscular pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. This improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort.

Acevil TH Forte Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Acevil TH Forte Tablet1, Acevil TH Forte Tablet2, and Acevil TH Forte Tablet3.

Hello doctor, I am experiencing random discomfort just below the right ribcage(near about area attached in image). This arises sometime when I sit or had some meal or extensive exercise may be. While walking or standing it reduces to almost 90% or goes away unnoticeable (That's my observation) This random discomfort is from long time say 2years. I had my liver function test during that but all fine. I am confused is this a muscle cramps because it last for short period of time not more than half an hour or goes away unknowingly. Acevil TH Forte Tablet is usually used for short term and can be discontinued when the pain is relieved. However, Acevil TH Forte Tablet should be continued if advised by the doctor.

Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of Acevil TH Forte Tablet?

The use of Acevil TH Forte Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to painkillers or any of the components or excipients of this medicine. The use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with a history of stomach ulcers or in patients with active, recurrent stomach ulcer/bleeding. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.

Can Acevil TH Forte Tablet be taken with vitamin B-complex?

Yes, Acevil TH Forte Tablet can be taken with vitamin B-complex preparations. While Acevil TH Forte Tablet helps to relieve pain, vitamin B-complex can help to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing your symptoms.

Can the use of Acevil TH Forte Tablet cause damage to kidneys?

Yes, the long-term use of Acevil TH Forte Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.

Will Acevil TH Forte Tablet be more effective if taken in higher doses?

No, taking more of this medicine will not make it more effective, rather it can lead to increased side effects. If the symptoms are getting severe, please consult the doctor for re-evaluation.

Can the use of Acevil TH Forte Tablet cause damage to liver?

Acevil TH Forte Tablet contains Paracetamol. These medicines are known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level. Also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with underlying liver disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any early signs and symptoms of liver damage. These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes and abnormal liver enzymes.

What are the instructions for storage and disposal of Acevil TH Forte Tablet?

Keep this medicine in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.
