Karanja
Karanja is a medicinal herb and is mainly used for indigestion and loss of appetite. Karanja has anti-inflammatory, blood glucose lowering, antidiarrheal, anti-ulcer and antioxidant properties. It is also used for cleaning teeth and strengthening gums.

According to Ayurveda, there is another variety of Karanja known as Putikaranja.
